You guys [the management] need to treat your employees better, working them like slaves, and allowing no one holiday time to spend with their families when most of your employees are in college and doing their best to keep their jobs. But that doesn't mean you need to take advantage off of them. These kids probably rarely get to see their families as it is and making them work the holidays, the only time that the most college kids have the chance to go out of town to be with loved ones, you deny them this. Which is messed up. How do you sleep? If anything make your older employees whom aren't in school work or actually work yourself once in a while and allow these kids the chance to get some much needed family love. Other than that the Luau ain't too shabby... but where's the love?
Just to clarify: We bend over backwards to work around everyone's school schedule and most holiday's are staffed with volunteer employees. We understand the need to go home and be with family but we also have a business to run, and that requires employees.
